I use client-centered
therapeutic approaches to assist individuals, couples, and families facing
challenges in various areas of life, such as communication and conflict
resolution skills. These therapeutic approaches provide clients with a better
understanding of the issues they are facing and help them make changes in their
communication, behavior, and outlook on their journey to positive change,
enhancing their well-being.
My role is to help clients navigate their situations,
whether dealing with depression, anxiety, dating, marriage, divorce, military
life, disabilities, or any other trials life may present.
I have had the wonderful experience of working with
families from diverse backgrounds, faiths, cultures, and values as an early
childhood intervention specialist for eight years. This experience has taught
me that there may not be just one solution to every issue and that success is a
series of small wins. Let’s celebrate that!
