I use systemic theories and approaches to help couples, families, and adults identify the root of their issues and develop strategies to overcome them. Part of this process involves helping people effectively communicate with others and resolve conflict in a healthy manner. Another part of this process involves helping people change their perspectives and behaviors for the betterment of their relationships.
I tailor my therapy approach to the needs and goals of my clients. Some of my specialties include blended families, boundaries, Christian Faith, communication, conflict resolution, couples, dating, divorce, divorce & re-marriage, engagement, families, infidelity, intimacy, military, pre-marital counseling, relationship maintenance, separation, therapy for therapists, and Veterans.
I am passionate about helping other helpers and leaders who are often expected to be “the strong one” or may be hesitant to seek help for their own issues. I strive to create an environment where people can be open and honest about their struggles and where they can gain the necessary tools to heal. The idea of accountability, vulnerability, and compromise may not be a new concept to you, but your perspective about those ideas and how you can use them to become the best version of yourself may be. I would like to collaborate with you to work through any struggle or insecurity that may be hindering you in your relationship with yourself and others.
