From birth to adulthood our experiences can affect how we show up in the world. Those experiences can affect our behavior, thinking, and mood, which can leave us in an emotionally unhealthy place. It’s time to show up for yourself, but you don’t have to do it alone. I will partner with you, meet you where you are, and provide a safe and supportive space as you find your way and begin to live the life you desire. My goal is to empower you to develop the skills to overcome personal challenges.
I use evidence-based modalities to facilitate teens and adults through anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, and phase-of-life challenges.
Mental health is a vital part of your well-being and by seeking help you have made the most important step toward healing. I want to see you well and hope to be the partner you are looking for.
