I am a Grief Recovery Specialist. I assist clients through awareness, education, and authentic connection in order to empower themselves to move beyond pain and heal after loss.
With over fifteen years of experience as a therapist, I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients, spanning the life cycle from young children to older adults in a variety of modalities: individual, family, and group therapy. My areas of expertise include Mood Disorders, Grief Recovery, Anger Management, Suicide Prevention, and Spirituality & Mental Health.
I am an interactive, narrative therapist. My therapeutic approach is to assist clients in alleviating personal problems by shifting one’s thinking about their unique story. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
Although I specialize in Grief Recovery, I am passionate about supporting people through a range of unique circumstances as they journey to healing.
